Accomplishments
IEEE Senior Member, and the founder of International Workshop on Broadband MIMO Channel Measurement and Modeling (IWonCMM)
Leading more than 10 national and international projects and contributed greatly to research and development of Beyond 3G TDD demo system with 100Mbps@20MHz in 2003 and 1Gbps@100MHz in 2008 in China, gaining one national novelity awards and several ministry awards with her team.
Applying more than 30 national invention patents, 14 patents of which have been granted and 3 patents have been transfered to one enterprise.
Contributing 11 proposals representing of China P. R. to ITU-R and is one of main drafters of ITU-R M.2135 about IMT-Advanced channel model and more than 10 proposals to 3GPP RAN 1 about Relay channel model. Now both models have been widely used for IMT-Advanced R&D and she recieved the “second prize for science novelty”from Chinese Communication Standards Association for her excellent standadziation work.
President of ITU-R IMT-2020 Channel Model Draft Group in 2016
